Having a diner or a restaurant is not an easy job. You may have to deal with the worse of customers and not know what to do.
However, this is not the case for Sondra Albert. She has been working as a waitress for the past 15 years. Never had she ever dealt with someone as rude as the customer she met on a random day at the diner. This customer was unbelievably rude.
Instead of taking all the insults and irrational judgments he made, Sondra decided to throw him out of the diner. This man was not having it. Whatsoever, everyone else sided with Albert and helped her throw the rude man out of her diner.
