“Undercover Boss” videos are so heartwarming when a good employee gets something life-changing. Here’s one that’s especially touching.
Mercedes is training the “new employee” on how to clean windows of the fun center’s aquarium when she mentions she used to be homeless and that getting this job was a lifeline. “The only thing kept me going was my son running up to me and smiling,” she said.
What the boss found most impressive, however, was that her attitude was incredible. She explained that in two years she had performed many different fun center jobs: “The more you know, the better. The pay comes later.”
