It is said that love is the strongest force in the world. There is nothing that love cannot overcome. We have been told that we must love even our enemies. There is nothing in the world that cannot be moved with love. Even the hardest of hearts can melt one way or the other. The following video shows this in action—it shows what these words truly mean.
A dog in South Africa was said to be really aggressive and hard to control. Any dog that shows problematic behavior is usually put to sleep. In other words, it was going to be killed for not being what dogs are expected to be like. Instead of taking time to understand the dog, they wanted to take the easy way out. But one woman refused to let it happen.
This trainer didn’t want to take the easy way. She was very patient with him and was able to earn his trust and love. She later reunited him with his distressed baby, and they lived together with her other dogs in total harmony. It’s just so wonderful to see someone finally caring about a dog and giving it the chance that nobody else did. A gentle hand and a loving heart can work all sorts of miracles.
With a bit of love and patience, something everyone thought was impossible really did happen!
