Cancer is a horrible disease. It takes too many innocent lives. Even in its treatable stage, it takes a toll on the person as well as their family. That was what this 12-year-old was going through when she got the surprise of her life.
Kallista is a student of Tom River’s Intermediate South in New Jersey. She loves Gordon Ramsay and watches all his TV programs. Her Dad even says that she compares dishes saying Ramsay would do the same. Unfortunately, she’s been battling Leukemia. When Gordon Ramsay heard that his superfan was going through all this, he paused his shooting to meet this wonderful young lady.
Ramsay waited for Kallista in the principal’s office in her school alongside her dad and sister. Additionally, he got her gourmet cupcakes and macaroons to surprise the brave girl. We can see Kallista’s excitement as she rushes to give Gordon a tight hug. Moreover, she breaks down after meeting her idol. What an incredible encounter! Watch the entire video of it below:
