Parrots make some of the best pets out there. While cats and dogs are perhaps the most popular, parrots and birds like cockatoos are great for people who don’t want to deal with the maintenance or the effort that goes into caring for the furry friends. They have also fascinated humans for ages now, thanks to their ability to mimic speech and sounds that they hear around them.
Just like any other pet, parrots also have some very distinct personalities. Some might be quite shy and demure, while others can be a little cheeky! The one in the following video is naughty, but in the cutest way possible. This Indian Ringneck parrot is a delight to look at. His bright yellow plumage is as bright as the sun! Britches the parrot was chilling with his owner outdoors. She had a camera on her lap, and he seemed very interested in it. He kept tapping it and trying to mess with it. When she tells him to stop, he looks up with a surprised look on his face and says “Really?” But he doesn’t stop there—he keeps being cheeky. He seems to love pushing the limits of his owner, and it’s quite amusing to watch him try.
Despite it all, you can’t help but fall in love with him. His owner must be quite entertained with his antics every day!
