The subway is a drab and dreary place. It’s only ever good when you need to go to work or travel to another place. The space is often crowded and dirty, especially in a city like LA. It is undoubtedly a place you wouldn’t want to be in. Unfortunately, there are some people who have to hustle near the tracks. Homeless people often have nowhere to go and they have to pick up odd jobs to make ends meet. Some even depend on their talents to earn a living by busking and performing in places with heavy foot traffic.
This story is not exactly about that. An LAPD officer was strolling around in the subways when he captured this video. Here, a mystery woman is singing opera in the empty tracks. Her voice is angelic. And the empty tiled building only amplifies her haunting vocals. When LAPD posted this video it went viral. But the talented woman was nowhere to be found.
In the video, the mystery woman is holding what appears to be a shopping cart and plastic bags filled with stuff. This recording has gone viral and is the talk of the town. Her singing Puccini’s ‘O Mio Babbino Caro’ has garnered over 90,000 views overnight. Viewers have been reporting that she is homeless and is around the area often. The city is taken aback by her mesmerizing voice and desperately wish to find her. The search for this mystery woman continues…
