Los Angeles-based animal organization Rescue from the Hart had gotten a call about two stray dogs. She found these dogs on the streets together. The dogs were clearly inseparable from each other, and had formed an unshakeable bond! The girl dog was reluctant to trust the rescuers, so she had to lure her into a trap cage to catch her. It was a bit tricky, but once they did, the other pooch was easy to capture.
The rescuers decided to name the inseparable pair after one of Chandler and Monica, one of the most iconic couples from “FRIENDS” and possibly in all pop culture. Both pups have taken for treatment. They were both un-neutered, had horrible flea and tick infestations, and also suffered from giardia. Thankfully, they are in good hands now.
Rescue from the Hart is still taking care of these sweet pooches, but hopefully they’ll find a loving owner soon! The organization has covered all of their medical care and both dogs are now happy, healthy and looking for a forever home. They need to be adopted together, as they have bonded very deeply. Separated such a pair would only cause distress in both again.
These pooches were fortunate to be rescued together. Let’s all hope they get a loving home together soon !
