According to a former breeder’s comment, this bird is a female peach-faced lovebird. And the behavior she is exhibiting in this video is actually how they carry nesting materials to their nests. An unpaired female is usually known to lay eggs after this behavior and it could often lead to complications or death due an excessive desire to raise a family.
