Human beings are very inclined toward liking something that is romantic. In fact, it has become quite normal to romanticize everything.
However, we are not romanticizing this video or their story. The bird and the dog in this video are in love. Their story is no less than that we would see in a Disney movie. The hummingbird was orphaned for some time after its birth.
The kind dog made sure he rescued the helpless bird. The bird eventually grew closer to the dog. It is very obvious that this bird is in love with the dog and we have a very good reason to make this assumption.
