This is what Berlin-based Familie Floz has been doing by using masks. This company prides itself on the rediscovery of masks in theatre. The following clip is from the play called “Infinita.” This play is about the nuances of childhood and old age.
The masks help in emphasizing the act rather than the actors. Moreover, they use such creative ways to express these ages. The video shows a part of the play where they use their canes most cleverly.
