“Can’t Help Falling In Love” is a classic love song that was released in 1961 from the album Blue Hawaii by Elvis. It was based on a French love song called “Plaisir d’amour” which means the pleasure of love. The French version was written in 1784 by Jean-Paul-Egide Martini. Elvis’s rendition reached the top of the charts at the Billboard Easy Listening chart for six weeks and grabbed the second spot on Billboard’s pop chart.
