The thought of a group of policemen coming to your vehicle can be very frightening. However, you just can’t trust anyone with what they make you suck.
A hilarious video went viral on the internet where two policemen prank a man. The policemen look very sober and serious while approaching a random man in a car. They take out a machine and ask this man to suck the pipe. But, when this innocent man does so, he starts talking in a squeaky cartoon-like voice.
Turns out, the cops were making the man blow a helium balloon and the effect of the balloon makes his voice sound like a weird cartoon. The cops funnily walk away. All this while the man stays in her car looking confused.
