The Super Bowl, which is the American football championship sponsored by the National Football League, is watched around the world by hundreds of millions of people. It has become an event that is about far more than sports and the halftime show is a coveted performance act that draws major talent.
But for some, the football game is not as important as the commercials that run during the broadcast. There have been plenty of memorable ones in the past but some of my favorites are the Budweiser commercials.
In the past, you could always count on at least one or two commercials featuring the Clydesdale horses. They were off the air in 2021, back for 2022 but it turns out there will not be a Clydesdale commercial in 2023.
Below is the 2009 Clydesdale commercial called, “Lamb Streaker.” It features the Clydesdales having a football game with a number of other animals watching as fans. Suddenly, out of the back of the fans, comes a lamb that has been sheared “naked” and streaks across the field. This may just be the funniest of the Clydesdale commercials ever.
