The relationship between a parent and their kid is strong. Parents do almost anything in their power to keep their children safe. They go through hell and back just to see a smile on their little faces. And if someone threatens their kids, they immediately get offensive. This is true for humans as well as animals. Just take a look at this video for example.
Krystal Berry was at the Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park Alachua County, Florida (near Gainesville) in when she saw a herd of wild horses grazing peacefully. But then a large alligator tried to attack a baby horse and the herd moved into a defensive position.
Fearing for the safety of his herd, a big black stallion came forward to put the alligator back in his place. Park officials checked the animals involved in the scuffle and reported that none of them were bleeding or showing any signs of injury.
But I’m pretty sure the alligator was a little embarrassed to get stomped like that! Watch the full video report below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
