Eight-year-old Audrey Nethery suffers from Diamond Blackfan Anemia, a condition which prevents her bone marrow from producing red blood cells. Most of her childhood has been spent in hospice thanks to countless medical treatments. But she still doesn’t let this bring her down. Her enthusiasm towards life has inspired many people in the world. Grammy Award-winning music producer, Steven Battey, is one of them.
He reached out to Audrey and asked her to be a part of his music video series, Singing for Superheroes. The series creates and promotes homemade music by children suffering with a variety of rare illnesses. For the show, Audrey chose to sing her original song, “Life Is Beautiful.” You are going to be moved when you hear her sing! It is truly heartwarming!
