Nausea and vomiting can be quite frightening for a lot of people. In fact, it often leads to something serious and life-damaging.
Leanne Pitt is a mother of an 11-year-old girl, Jayde Pitt. Leanne was very worried when Jayde started feeling frequent nausea. The mother kept assuming it was a symptom of the flu, food poisoning, or a stomach bug. However, she was quite relieved when the results of any of the assumed causes came negative.
Something shocking occurred after more than a dozen visits to various physicians. After a series of tests for stomach bugs, influenza, and other common illnesses came back negative, one doctor suggested to the mother-daughter pair that the 11-year-old might be pregnant.
Leanne was initially offended, despite the fact that her daughter was going through puberty. Young girls who have recently had their first period, on the other hand, are not likely to become pregnant.
Thankfully though, the test came negative. It was found that Jayde is suffering from an anxiety-induced disorder called Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome. Hopefully, Jayde will recover from this disorder soon with proper care. Watch the video below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
